David Leonid OLTEANU (born 1968, Craiova), visual artist specialized in glass and ceramics. In 1998 he graduated from the University of Arts, Bucharest, Ceramics-Glass-Metal Department. He participated at various group exhibitions and Art salons in Bucharest, Iasi, Deva, Sofia. In 2017 he won a mention at Florence Biennale, in 1998 he received a scholarship from the Romanian Artists Union and in 1994, a Mac Constantinescu Scholarship.
