Learn More Ciprian ARICIU (born 1980, Constanta), ceramic artist. In 2007, he graduated from the National University of Arts, Bucharest, Ceramic Art Department. Member of the Romanian Visual Artists Union. In 2010 he won 1st Place at the International Sand Sculpture Festival at Rorschach am Bodensee, Switzerland.
